Marolis d'Lyrandar

Marolis is the first mate of the Lightning on Water, and one of two individuals on the crew who possess the Mark of Storms. Alongside the captain, Vennet d'Lyrandar, Marolis controls the elemental bound to the ship to allow it to move.
He was charmed by Dah'mir after the battle of the Bonetree Mound, when the dragon appeared on the elemental galleon.
