Siberys

Siberys is one of the Progenitor Dragons. In the creation myth of Eberron, he was killed by his sister, Khyber. The remains of Siberys supposedly became the Ring of Siberys, which hint at a higher reality: the Astral Plane, which is also called Siberys.
