Tortessian Empire

The Tortessian Empire is the largest and most powerful state in the Dagda River valley. They control the main river directly from their capital Tortessos, which lies on an island in the mouth of the river. They collect tribute from many nearby tribes as well as exchange annual gifts of alliance with the Punics of Gadir and the elves of Susella-Sonda, their powerful ally to the north.
