With guns made by Martian technologists, bulletproof armor, scanning equipment that allow them to see their enemies move even in pitch blackness, they can kill from several kilometers away, and even use an ancient technology lost for nearly a century. F**KING ROCKET LAUNCHERS!

Structure

Bottom-rank of the Reconquerors is the Schutzstaffel, the German names are a theme. Above them, der Oberschutzstaffel, the snipers. Over them, the Staffelautomatika, the managers of the automatic weapons manufactured on Mars, and the only ones trained to use them in combat. The highest ranking foot soldiers are the Xplodikantruppen, the rarest, often deployed on sieges, to use their relics. The Carl-Gustav Recoilless 112 mm Rifle. A hunting rifle, for hunting helicopters. They also fire Mars Mach-eight 140 mm mortars, frag grenade launchers, and occasionally the LK-22 15 mm pistol.

The goal of The Reconquest effort is, no duh, reconquest, secondly, unification of earth. Simple.

Assets

The main assets of the Martian Expedition include their spaceship, the "Conquistador," which contains machinery for the production of weapons. Weapons calibrated for firing on Mars. This creates entertaining problems. These guns fire bullets that fly 62% times farther than their earth-made counterparts, accounting for the gravity difference between Earth and Mars. This scaling up for Martian gravity messes with their performance on Earth. The rest of the assets are relics, weapons from a bygone era. Not by any means more civilized, mind you. There are 7 Carl-Gustav Recoil-less rifles, 4 RPG-7s, 50 Martian-style sniper rifles, 150 Triton-made carbines, 120 Cerberus triple-barrel shotguns, and 36 SAW machine guns. They have yet to receive any vehicular assets. Yet.

History

The organization was created after a long-range observation satellite noticed the rash of diseases that ended Terran Civilisation had burned out. The Martian government quickly assembled an army, set up engineers, and manufactured a multitude of firearms. They began to manufacture armor and simple machines on their ship the "Conquistador."
They landed on Earth within the year. Their military doctrine was accustomed to fighting on Mars. The had to grow accustomed to fighting at much closer ranges, not a problem with fully automatic rifles, revolvers that can rip a hole in a block of concrete, frag grenades and triple-barrel shotguns.
They first made contact with the Lyncherman Cult around the year 22 post-infection. They began limited trade, the scavenged resources found by the Cult, swapped for manufactured parts made by the Expedition. They also destroyed the Six Point Cartel around the same time.
Year thirty-five to forty, the Conquerors began the systematic annihilation of the Druidic Circles. Death Squads with flamethrowers burned the savages out of their forest villages, destroying their bloodstained shrines, and wiped out their irradiated bloodline.
Their next twenty years were filled with resource gathering and defending their strongholds with ancient and powerful weaponry. Three years ago, they began to advance northward from their landing space in the great lakes, sending displaced bandits into the territory of the Machuital Communes and shotgun Guy's territory.
As technology decays and civilization along with it, a throne of blackened bones crushes savagery below it with the monolithic crush of barbarism.

Technological Level

The height of the technological achievements of Mars is the Interplanetary Shuttle called the "Conquistador." And with the original Conquistadors, they have great armor. The Martian armor is completely bulletproof, prevents hemorrhaging injuries, stabbing, and include a helmet with a bulletproof faceplate and air filters. There is also a steel ridge over the knuckles of the gauntlet of the armor to provide an edge in fisticuffs. Optional upgrades allow these gauntlets to have claws. The Expedition also possesses the means to manufacture semi-automatic pistols and use in combat a multitude of machine guns and flamethrowers.
