Natsuko's village is raided by Fernando's mercenaries on the way back and she's brought on the ship to become a slave. In an attempt to escape from the hull of the boat, she hurts one of her gaoler who starts to beat her up violently before drawing his sword to deal the final blow. Herenui unconsciously jumps in and saves Natsuko.
