Technic City

Built in the nearly untouched lower levels of the old Technic headquarters the settlement now known as Technic City is one of the few places where relatively new tech such as weaponry or robotics can be found instead of scrounged for. Technic City is a relatively small city, only inhabiting the below ground levels of the old headquarters. 12 stories below ground, some of which are solely manufacturing and many of which have been slowly transformed into living spaces and communal areas. the city even boasts a "school" for the children living there. Taught by two of the robots manufactured there, the school is taught on the 6th floor.

Defences

The two entrance elevators and the stair well's are heavily guarded by the military robots that Technic city has access too. As Technic Robotics was once a largely military contractor they still have access to what was used to make and provide those robots to the military allowing them a greatly enhanced security system.

Industry & Trade

Technic City regularly trades robots, robotic equipment and weaponry to traders and settlements throughout the Commonwealth. many times they retain that connection as they are called upon to repair what they sell by those who do not know how. This allows them to trade for what produce they have not been able to grow artificially below ground.

Infrastructure

The people have created a small committee that oversee's their main source of information and supplies. The committee is generally in charge of who is allowed entry and whether or not a trader is allowed to buy or sell to anyone within the settlement.

Assets

The 5 levels dedicated solely to manufacturing can be re-purposed to make weaponry instead of their sole original purpose of robots. This has made them an even greater resource as a trading partner throughout the Commonwealth and the surrounding area.
