Summary

The Desired God is the will of humanity's collective consciousness manifested, owing its origins to the species' longing for transcendental reasons regarding its existence: It is said to reside in the deepest depths of The Abyss.
All of the world is bound in an endless chain of events, which lead to more causes and thus, more effects. This repeats in an endless cycle until the Idea of Evil fulfills its original, unknown intent. To this end it employs Godhands, which it very infrequently births into the world, who create Apostles in the mortal realm to spread powerful emotions.

Historical Basis

There is no hard evidence in the Mortal Realm, but the existence of the Astral Realm is undeniable upon death.
