Chiaoneathriyella

Chiaoneathriyella is an ancient white dragon said to prowl the icy wastes near Telebessir. She is thought to be an tsieyang, or great elder dragon, due to the fact that texts regarding a white dragon near Telebessir date back nearly two thousand years. Today, she is assumed to have left or gone into hibernation, as there have been no reports of dragons near Telebessir for nearly forty decades.
