Richard the Witchard

Richard the Witchard, the only one in the whole wide world, was the head of the Wizard's Hand for years, trading on and off with his older brother, Tim. He was the second oldest of the wizard brothers and always in contention for the most power and authority.
Murdered on the eve of the new year, his passing also put the mastership of the Clow Cards up for debate. Their location is still unknown.
