Haendor City
The Home of the Haendorians
The original home of the Haendorians built around the Great Dragon Pillars
Demographics
Haendorians
Government
The City was divided into multiple small sections each with its own mayor who walked their sector daily and whose job it was to know each inhabitant and know the needs of the community. At the center of the City there stood the House of Enlightenment which held within gardens, libraries, sick housing, kitchens, and all manner of necessary and useful places of teaching and helping, and this House was ordered by a Lord of the House who would be in charge of all manner of things within it, but most notably, he would hear the pleas of those who thought their mayors insufficient. Few mayors were unkind however, so this duty was not often observed. In addition, there was a General of the City who would be constantly patrolling the wall and, in times of war, would organize the military.
Defences
A perfectly circular wall surrounding the city and the Pillars was all they needed to defend themselves from savage beasts which were often their only threats. However, the General of the City would almost always be patrolling along the wall, and with him were many strong Men
Industry & Trade
Haendorians were hunters, gatherers, farmers, and keepers of animals (but not for slaughter)
Infrastructure
furnaces, forges, streets, bridges, canals, aqueducts
Guilds and Factions
The City was divided into many different sections, but they had no names beside the mayors that presided over them, and that changed every generation
History
Formed after the construction of the Dragon Pillars, it was a sprawling and prosperous city up until its downfall, and now the only plants brave and multitudinous enough to grow where it stood are grass, moss, and lichen.
Architecture
The detailed, tall, and beautiful marks of Haendorian hands made it clear who built the many houses, bridges, waterways, halls, and roads. Most buildings were carved of fine, smooth stone with tall windows and sharply peaked roofs.
Geography
Built upon a vast plain bordered by mountains on one side and thick forest on the other with a river running through it.

Sheep, goats, chickens, messenger birds, and various vegetables but little fruits besides berries found in the nearby forest.
