Heaven's Vessal

Heaven's Vessal is the city of the redeemers. The city was the last Dragonborn city, and the last Borstonian city to not be under the control of the Borstonian crown. In the year 0f 1078 the Redeemers purged the city of its inhabitants and claimed it as their capital. The city contains within itself the living area of redeemer officers' families, veterans, and the academy where new recruits train. The city also has an extensive well guarded and weaponized port, mostly used for the redeemers' fleet. In the city, there is a farmer's market, where the farmers outside the walls come to sell their produce. In addition, there are a blacksmith and an equipment store, but both are restricted to Redeemers only.
The city is managed by Gorton Godkeep, a man hired by The Emissary and the general of the redeemers. He is known for having a luxurious lifestyle and spending much of his time partying. Most of the inhabitants of the city don't have jobs (mainly due to the fact that they are veterans and families), and because of that, the city lays heavily on redeemers' money. The people live on either the paychecks of their knight family or on retirement checks. The population is mainly humans, but also has elves, dwarves, hobbits, and some gnomes.
the city has 4 churches of The One True God, and a massive chapel that once belonged to an ancient god and was transformed into one true god's chapel. Every Monday the people of Heaven's Vessal go to pray at these churches, in the rest of the time the churches are used as hospitals.
It is a well-kept secret, and not many know of it, but the city has a big secret under it. Under the city there is two white ancient dragons' lair, they lived there since before the town was conquered, and now the task of taking care of them falls to the redeemers. By now the city learned how to work with the dragons, and the dragon sprouts wyrmlings for the redeemers.
