Sidar Usur Outrage
The Sidar of the werean High Legions, Usur Outrage, is a warlord who has set his sights on the human kingdom of Cantalan. Usur Outrage is a ruthless and cruel werean who is driven by a lust for blood and a hatred for mankind. He holds humanity responsible for why his people have had to live in the cruel desert and has planned to conquer the human kingdom and take it all for the werean people.

General Physical Condition
Fit and muscular.

Muscular broad shoulders and a barrel chest, light brown fur with spots of black and a long mane of black hair tied into several braids with bone shards tied at the ends.

A square jaw and a short muzzle, mouth full of sharp canine teeth and pointed wolf ears.

A scar over his right eyebrow where fur does not grow and a left hand with the third finger missing.

He walks slightly hunched over.

Relationships
History
While his siblings were sent to the fahrar to be raised, as is customary for werean pups, Usur Outrage decided to raise Raa himself. Raa received direct training and schooling from his sire, as well as Usur's direct cruelty and anger. Raa quickly became numb to pain, but jaded to war and battle. He saw no glory in it, only unnecessary death and injury.
