The Dark Ones

There are a group of people who worship a "forgotten Kashen" who they call Uxosha. they call their Kashen "the queen of darkness, the queen of evil, the dark queen" and many other names. they are know to make sacrifices, mostly of blood, though not death. They also "act upon her will" by dividing up power to others.
they are the ones known for kidnapping powerless vin, and corrupting them by giving them powers. they then use these vin to attack the "unpure" vin, ones with normal powers, and kidnapping more powerless vin. once they corrupt a vin, that vin is brainwashed into helping them.

History

they have been here since the Kashen were known. They have been growing in numbers, slowly. they have attacked many towns and villages, with some success. though most of the time they can be stopped, this isn't always the case.

Mythology & Lore

they work under their "dark queen" called Uxosha. most say that this is a Kashen they created just so people were more likely to believe them, and so they had a reason to do what they did. the name Uxosha has never been seen, or heard about, ever. however, this doesn't stop them.

Once a moon cycle, they must sacrifice blood of an unpure. once a sun cycle, they must sacrifice a soul of an unpure
