Lávarður (Lao-var-thr)

Lávarður, also known as the All-Father, was the overdeity of the pantheon and held complete control and sway over it. Unlike many other pantheons, all true members of the race held the head of their pantheon in reverence as Giants believed that it was Lávarður who created the world and, therefore, all Giants (note that this does not explicitly include Giant-Kin, and absolutely does not include the children of Uljez). He had a challenging relationship with his wife, Drottni, who frequently felt abandoned by her husbands interest in creating an empire for his children and his increasing plots to defeat Dragons. Her affairs with his brother Hálfgerður and the Orcish God Uljez were deeply troubling and once he removed himself from the Material Plane and returned to his divine realm, he spent much of his time in contemplation over how to maintain this relationship (or at least stop Drottni from straying).
