Hálfgerður (How-gair-thr)
Brother to Lávarður and Father of Giant-Kin, and Intermediate God of Fishing, Hunting, and Travel
Brother of Lávarður, he initially served as his military advisor, although he much preferred the freedom of travelling and spending time hunting. Once Eldri was born, she replaced him as military commander and Hálfgerður planned to travel and hunt as he wished, however this much displeased his brother who wanted to create a great Giant Empire united by all of his kin. This tension eventually boiled over into Drottni suggesting to Hálfgerður that two run away together to escape the commands of Lávarður, which the god accepted. Once this was found out, however, Lávarður was furious and banished Hálfgerður, where he is now free to travel through the Upper Planes and hunt as he wishes. The result of this, however, is that he is one of the only gods without a domain of his own as the Giant divine realm is closed to him.
