This Base is home to the secret society full to the brim with Bureau Members; inoculated humanoids, recruited and given the Trial of Initiation. Non-Voided name for members is Surahs.

BoB Operative Factions

Seekers: Their job is to seek out any information regarding the relics. (Division leader: Fable Exilus IV now Castair)

Reclaimers: Their job is to retrieve the relics. It is a hard position to fill because most people cannot resist the temptation of the relics. As of the destruction of the Captivating cape, The Unhinged now run and make-up this Faction

Regulators: Their job is to properly deal with anyone who betrays the Bureau and attempts to retrieve the relics and use them for their own personal reasons. (Division Leader:Kill-Anne)

Void Guard - Those who stay out of the field protect the members and the voidfish on the Moon Base as well as covert protection of undercover members or sleeper agents

Sleeping Surahs - Secretly inoculated members who have positions of power or assets to assist the members of the BoB. Standard protocol is a black bracer, but exceptions apply.

Madam Director: Founder and Leader of the Bureau, lots of paperwork.

Member Secrecy

Being discreet is key to our secrecy. We don't want suspicion as voided words are spoken, Member = Surah. Do not out any of our operatives, all seekers are familiar with thieves' cant. Absolute discretion at all costs.

Purpose / Function

To hide the operations of the BoB and provide a safe place for the voidfish to continue erasing the peoples' memories. Collect and Destroy these weapons of mass destruction in an attempt at Bringing Balance to Drizelia

Architecture

Half Hemisphere, with a moon like underside being enchanted to appear as a moon orbiting the planet. The top side is made up of flat grassy quads with trimmed trees. Along the stone walkways, domes made of glass hexagons with metal reinforcements make up the all but one of the buildings. From atop the center dome a small opaque tree secrets a blue inky substance that floats on the wind and quickly disperses. The automagic doors open to immaculately clean floors and multiple elevators lead to the rooms below. The only non-dome building is the Fantasy Costco, its rectangular and beautiful, but does not fit the generic theme of the rest of the BoB. A sphere of anti-necrotic magic (as well as artificial atmosphere) surrounds the moonbase as a precaution against the Red Robes.

History

The Bureau of Balance Organization was created in 880 PC, however the moon base itself has only been in operation for about 1.5 years (887 PC). Finding the voidfish allowed the Bureau of Balance to start searching for the Grand Relics in secret.
