the five gods of Filas

The gods who lived in Filas were the first to affect the human world and are responsible for the physical properties of materials.
At the beginning of time, there were only three things; the void, the elements, and the gods.  A day came when those gods were no longer satisfied with the process of the universe.

Arenil

Was the first to change the rules of nature. He took the elements and pulled them closer and created gravity.
He embodies freedom, power, and creativity, and usually appears in stories as a white pigeon with a black dot on each wing

Sheda 

Followed Arenil and thought of ways to connect the elements. She created energy to combine new materials.
She embodies love, team-work, loyalty, and forgiveness, and usually appears in stories as a deer which was struck by lightning.

Egoro

Used the tools created by Sheda and invented different ways to combine the elements. He conceived the ideas of structure and organization.
He embodies order, strong will, and the different arts and crafts, and appears in stories as a swarm of bees or ants.

Berion

Took the combined elements and created states in which they could exist. She shaped the materials in the form of gas, liquid, and solid.
She embodies change, death, patience, and relief, and appears in stories as snake surrounded by fallen leaves.

Posel

Was against playing with the elements. Instead, he used the void to interrupt the other experiments.
He embodies stiffness, death, examination, and contemplation, and appears in stories as a blind owl.
today these gods have a special importance as they are the only gods who still send their gifts to the human world (except for Posel who was always against helping humans.

Granted Divine Powers

All humans who get close to an aederal core receive a gift from one of the gods. Each aederal core is reigned by different gods and has different gifts. The gods of Filas give four gifts, one from each god respectively (not Posel):
