The Delivery Cable House

The cable delivery system is how The Coucil of Nomads sends messages to the rest of the Garden of The Flying Wraiths. all of their letters are written and enveloped inside the house which is on the tallest of the Floating Nomad Islands and then sent to the entire realm by connecting the letters to slings and than sending them using cables.
