The Blue Moon

Once a year the moon sits in front of The Blue Sun, causing an eclipse. The event is interpreted in many different ways. People from Kirnora look at it as a time of forgiveness and rest and celebrate it in the blue moon festival while in the cultures of the Tzuderic Empire and the Galiter Empire it is seen more as a time of darkness and evil.

Manifestation

Looking at the sky at night, you see the bright moon glowing with a blue outer rim,
but looking at the earth, you see barely any light.

Localization

The phenomena is visible anywhere outside Heaven's Light as the blue sun doesn't shine there.
