the Path of Echoes and will soon be become vulnerable to posession by the Reconciled. these councillors are also high-ranking members of
The Church of Ecstasy which will give the Reconciled an opportunity for infiltration into that organisation as well.
most spirits tend to loose their minds or become obsessed with vengeance, but this collective seam to have avoided this fate over their long spiritual existence. they have
Spirit Wells located across the city and deathlands that they keep hidden and secret so that they can siphon off the arcane energy they need to survive. The other quirk of their existence is that they are able to possess a victim indefinitely without any adverse effects. Unsurprisingly they are opposed by the Church of Ecstasy as well as the
Spirit Wardens and the
Sparkwrights. whislt thier exact membership is not known there are several important citizens in Doskvol that have been possessed, and powerful people in both the City Council and the
Gondoliers area able to protect their interests in return for the knowledge and aid the Reconciled can provide.
