The Fog Hounds trading with them and acting as muscle where necessary. They are considered to be lovable rogues by the working class, folk heroes standing up to the powers that be. They are actively recruiting any muscle in the area and you are either with them or against them. This aggressive expansion is being contested in a bloody war over turf and vengeance with
the Red Sashes. they are also wanted by
the Bluecoats for the mayhem they are causing.
