King of the Cartel

Lyras, "The King of the Cartel", is the middle son of a merchant family who set out alone at the age of 17 to become a mercenary. After a few years in the business, he threw his lot in with a slaver band. His skills at warfare made him excellent at organising his men, and what he learned growing up taught him the importance of trade and negotiation.
