Tumulheights

The Tumulheights are rough hilly moors with sparse patches of woods scattered throughout. The area was the site of an ancient battle between Anglion warriors and an army of Goman, clashing over control of the land south of Dolmenwood forest. The many dead of that battle were entombed throughout the moors, giving rise to rumors that the area is haunted by both Human and Goman dead.  The tombs are watched over by the Abbey of Culderhill, which houses a sect of The Order of Saint Signis.  The Order is dedicated to watching over the dead and returning those who rise back to their eternal slumber.  The tombs have also attracted the living in the form of treasure hunters and tomb raiders, plying the depths to retrieve ancient artifacts to sell for profit.
