Legion is a U.S. American Rogue currently active in Cape St. Joan, Oregon. He is a member of The Crew.

Physical Description

Special abilities

Legion's superpower affects the minds of everyone around him, making them percieve all people they glance at to look exactly like Legion. He employs this ability to both hide in crowds and obscure the identity of his fellow Crew members.

Apparel & Accessories

Legion's costume consists of a grey suit and a grey, reflective helmet that appears to be a complete one-way mirrored visor.

Personal history

Legion first became active as an independent Rogue in Portland around 1998. After various robberies conducted on the premise that no one would be able to identify him after the fact, the authorities soon became aware of his abilities and tactics. Outmatched by anti-Stranger measures being quickly implemented, he began to look for a team to protect him and complement his powerset.
He was subsequently recruited by The Crew and moved to Cape St. Joan in 2002. By 2009, he had rised in rank to become one of Tunguska's most trusted second-in-commands, valued less for his powers but his excellent abilities as a leader of the unpowered members of the gang.
In 2018, he and the rest of the Crew participated in the hunt on Jane Doe during "D-Day".

Volume 1: Balance

Five years later, when Disequilibria began a campaign against The Crew, he participated in the Battle in the Docks and was subsequently arrested by the authorities after the Crew supers lost.
