Cynicreat

Cynicreat is an obsidian-like chemical mixture made by three chemicals that, when combined, will start to harden within an hour of creation. Once the Cynicreat has hardened, there’s no possibility of breaking or liquifying the material again. The only way to fix your mistake is either adding more liquified Cynicreat on top of your hardened creation or is to make another one. The material is fairly expensive to make, so you will be lucky to even come close to making it.   The mold for shaping and forming Cynicreat into something has to be something sturdy, like obsidian or iron, because Cynicreat has a tendency to stick to the mold. Cynicreat is also partially heavy, so handle with precautions unless you want to break something in the process of picking your newly formed and hardened Cynicreat.   Cynicreat is an ideal substance for making weaponry or defenses like shields. Unfortunately, the supplies needed to make Cynicreat is depleting by the hour and the numbers of Morcifide and Chloronide are coming to a close. The mineral, Jainybe, is an expensive mineral to make as well, being made of Siny, Destinite, Gruin, and Markingby. These minerals along with Jainybe are found in the old abandoned mines of Ankiran, which have been shut down because they were supplying the resources of Cynicreat, which is now banned in Ankiran. It is rumored that if Cynicreat were to be made again, the fifth Disonian civil war would occur and be even worse than the last one.   The last documented use of Cynicreat was in Ankiran in the early 1900s when Naomi used it to revive Nathaniel's barely corporeal form. After Naomi's execution, Cynicreat and the materials used to make it have been outlawed, found, and mined. It's illegal to have or use Cynicreat and/or its materials, especially for resurrectional uses. Ankiran learned its lesson from the last times it happened.

Properties

Material Characteristics

The material looks like the Minecraft version of crying obsidian. It's a smooth surface when it solidifies and it looks like black/purple lava when it's liquidated/chemically created.

Physical & Chemical Properties

Do not touch it when it's liquidated. You will burn your hand. It produces a temperature of over 150 degrees when liquidated, but it's safe to touch when solidified.

Geology & Geography

The materials used to make Cynicreat was found in the Diminikelo Mountains Mines before it was outlawed and removed by the Ankiran government.

Life & Expiration

It'll solidify after an hour and it loses its magical abilities after a week and a half. When applied to the dead, it can revive them and keep their physical form for a week before it starts to lose its magical properties and slowly reverts the revenant into a ghost again over the course of five days.

History & Usage

Discovery

It was discovered after a failed experiment using the ores in the Diminikelo Mines. No one's sure who made it.

Everyday use

It's used as weaponry or to revive the dead.

Cultural Significance and Usage

People think that Cynicreat may have had something to do with The Era Brothers/eralinity.

Hazards

If, by some strange means, you make Cynicreat into a gas, then prepare to suffocate. Cynicreat creates a poisonous toxin when gasified. Upon ingestion, you'll perish within five minutes to an hour depending on ingested amount.

Distribution

Law & Regulation

It's now illegal to handle/make Cynicreat unless you're an Ankiran official. The making or having Cynicreat and/or its ingredients in your possession is illegal and will give you a fine and a prison sentence.
