The Dinoranian Empire (Modern Standard Dinoranian: Dinòraenske Auskerad, Pteroais: Impéries Dinoreis, Tiusk: Dinoraenš Rejk, Dejnari: Kujugou Aujeridte) officially the Empire of Dinorania, also known as the Neo-Dinoranian Empire, the Fifth Tertian Empire or Modern Dinoranian Empire is a transcontinental, multi-ethnic union of States (Modern Standard Dinoranian: Esteni) under the Estei Domina of Piena, encompassing the Heartland, Nearland and Farland States of the Dinoranian Continent, and including its colonies in Southeast Erolia, the Near West and the Levant, its Protectorates of Sithenia and Evek Nova, the Autonomous Regions of Dejnara and the Holy City of Cayastad, the Velrai Commonwealth, and the constituent semi-autonomous Republics of Rykia, Konshao, Turria, Rutica, the Bridge and the Mesogean Basin. It is the largest, most populous empire in human history, covering more than two thirds of the known world.

After almost a century of perpetual conflict, the Neo-Dinoranian Empire was founded in 1983 following the coronation of Darien XI.

Civil Continental State Flag, the Graujakk, based on a flag used by Dejnus V. 

Imperial State Flag and Ensign, the Radjakk. Based on the Banner of Dejnus X used during the Siege of Rexvil, and as a military flag on the Erolian Front from 1978 - 1983. It was flown by the Emperor's Own Cavalry Brigade, led by Darien XI during the Battles of the Rebirth Dam in 1982.

Dinoranian-Erolian relations in the late 20th century were marked by the aftermath of the Erolia War, during which the Dinoranian Empire invaded and seized a large portion of Erolian Territories, including the city of Evek Nova and the coastal Rhizarées. The Federal Government was restored by the Dinoranians in 1986, leaving Erolia a fraction of its former size.
