Year of the Titan

Era beginning/end

In observation of tradition, at the beginning of the year, the Oracles of Azgenerath converged to name the year by their vision of what was to come. The year was named on the Dragon Hawk, Year of the Titan. As history would unfold, the year would be marked by a titan appearing to aid the Black Mountain itself and do battle with the dragon within. The Titan lost but there was also a Titan-Slayer that would awaken in that year that the Oracles were quietly referencing. The Titan-Slayer, a metaphorical titan himself, would emerge in the following year in the White Citadel.
