Zih'rakan

Deep in the center of the Desert of Whispering Winds, Zih'rakan, the birthplace of Zih'ra, is a city of mysteries and hidden wonders ruled by nothing but the One Order.

Structure

Zih'rakan has no formal hierarchy and no formal laws. All inhabitants live according to the Path of H'ra. The exception is the Nightwalkers, who sacrifice their search of H'ra in favour of defending the other Zihr in case of outwards attack so that the others are free to pursue Enlightenment.

Public Agenda

Reaching H'ra and guiding others to do so.

History

What started as a small camp for adherents to the Path of H'ra (Zih'ra), deep in the Desert of the Whispering Winds, soon became a sacred city and location of pilgrimage. For information on Zih'ra philosophy, see Zih'ra.

Demography and Population

Precise numbers unknown, and approximative percentages. Tesz'jat: 85%; Tesz'qir: 7%; Human: 5%; Ejii'aari: 2%; Tesz'ran: 1% (mostly Nightwalkers due to less peaceful nature).

Territories

Just the city-state region, cut from the walls of a canyon in the middle of the Desert of Whispering Winds.

Military

The Nightwalkers are a group of individuals who have forsaken part of the Zih'ra teachings in order to be able to defend Zih'rakan against individuals who will harm other people's search of H'ra.

Religion

See Zih'ra.

Foreign Relations

Relatively insular and isolated from outside influences.

Through balance, enlightenment. Through enlightenment, peace.
