A privately-owned company based in Tereban specializing in the conception and production of cutting-edge sidumar tech and weaponry.

Structure

Owned by the Xenixes, a preeminent Terebanan Denae industrial family. The president of the company is also the owner, and they delegate to directors in charge of conception of products, marketing, production, and finance. Each director delegates to managers who oversee the factories scattered around Tereban and Ejian.

Culture

Xenix corps is one of the first real large-scale capitalist industries in the Seven Realms. Factory workers are slightly underpaid and work in slums next to the factory, while engineers, designers and inventors slave away, each competing with each other to come up with the best designs. Xenix strumarists are generally disliked by non-corporate strumarists for the money they make and their typically rigid view of what is possible and not, as well as their interest in inventing for money's sake rather than the pursuit of knowledge.

Public Agenda

Mostly profit and democratizing strumartech access. For instance, practically everyone has a small-scale comm on them now. They seek expansion of their client base, and finance exploration missions to Thestra, Ejian and Zahyr, and own many different settlements. They often clash with locals.

Assets

Builds advanced and expensive weaponry, as well as normal, smaller, day-to-day tech. For example, most communicators people have on them nowadays are Xenix-run, in part because Xenix has a monopoly on the transfer stations.

History

Founded in 987 APE by Reyorei Xenix, the first non-Ejii'aari to develop a system of conductors and capacitors for sidumar in order to broaden the range of uses for the charged stones. The company began small, until Tano Xenix, a savvy entrepreneur and Reyorei's granddaughter, that if they developed weaponry they could get whole countries as clients for the corporation.
