The founding of An Ning

Founding

The city of An Ning was founded by Shui the Engineer, having been forced out of the Hu basin by rival feudalities.

After over three weeks of travel through tough terrains and hostile tribes, Shui the Engineer lead his peoples to lake Liao Guan and founded An Ning on the twin islands. Thus, the state of Jin was founded, if not officially recognized yet.
