Omkara Manifestation

To harness essence from the Omkara, one must depend on a type of manifestation to connect with the energy field and link it to the physical world. Each type has its own set of benefits and flaws that will result from the manifestation, affecting the user as well as their surroundings and even the overall flow of the energy itself.

Holistic

Holistic manifestation is the purest form of harnessing spiritual energy, only made possible through rituals validated by the divine forces themselves. Such techniques are recognised under the school of Yoga, with methods compromised of somatic movements, reciting mantras, deep meditation and psionic powers. Holistic manifestation is the most natural and harmonic form of divine manipulation, but has required eons of perfection in order to teach the techniques to someone which may take years for an individual to fully harness - exceptions to this involve divine herbs and being born with these supernatural powers (Siddhis). This discipline can only be taught under the private guidance of a spiritual figure affiliated with the Omkara and the ancient gods, and to seek such a figure will require a great pilgrimage. Thus, this form is extremely inaccessible in the mundane plane, only found in factions that've developed a deep trust with the beyond such as the Saffron Robes.

Synthetic

On the other end of the spectrum, synthetic manifestation is the practice of transmutation in which spiritual energy is converted into a physical form to empower an object, replicating powers akin to those found in holistic manifestation. This can be a firearm of a piece of equipment that has its utility fuelled by a battery containing the energy, typically used to manipulate the elements of the world. As this manifests purely through artificial means, synthetic manifestation is the most cheapest and accessible means of harnessing the essence, but comes at the price of the energy usage being ineffective and prone to malfunctioning - worse, the transmutation disrupts the flow of the Omkara and causes 'spiritual pollution', further driving the metaphysical forces into chaos and bringing forth unexpected results. This form is very popular amidst outlanders and Devic societies that are unable to afford bionics.

Bionic

A hybrid of the aforementioned forms, bionic manifestation allows a user to make a connection with the spiritual energy field through synthetic implantations in the body, harnessing lots of power from divine engineering. To fully harness the potential of bionics requires the mastering of yogic techniques as well as the technological quality of the implantations. This form is much more efficient and less likely to malfunction, even if it is more expensive to obtain and more prone to pollution. Bionics are a high priority in both Devic societies and the scavenged technology of the Untouchables, usually bestowed upon by those in high-ranking military/religious positions.
