Chakras

Chakras are metaphysical hard-light constructs, created to detect and manifest the presence of spiritual energies within a user, usually summoned from channelling a nanochip embedded into the said user. Following manifestation, the chakras help stabilise the efficiency of psionics and align the flux between the conscience and one's energy-mass (Kundalini).
Inspired by the psychic capabilities of those from the upper realms, these chakras are designed to replicate the energies required to manifest divine attributes and abilities. Originally manufactured by the earliest artisans and priests during the 'first bloom' of Devas, chakras have become a necessity for any society to flourish in both the mundane and spiritual world, the creation of the nanochips ranging from the surveillance of Devas to the exquisite engineers of the outlands.

Design

Undergoing a construction ritual, a nanochip contains a set of seven chakras, ranging from the pelvis to the crown of the head. Once the nanochip is embedded into the pineal gland, the user will experience a synchronisation between their conscience and the spiritual energies found within each chakra, vitalising body and mind. Despite being artificial, these constructs rarely, if ever, suppress the flow of the energy and thus do not disturb the divine balance, making it a wholesome method of manipulating the energies.
The set consists of the following seven:

1. Muladhara (Root Chakra) - Associated with physical strength and dexterity.
2. Swadhisthana (Sacral Chakra) - Associated with the vastness of lateral thinking.
3. Manipura (Solar Plexus Chakra) - Associated with metabolism and cell construction.
4. Anahata (Heart Chakra) - Associated with recirculation and relief.
5. Vishuddha (Throat Chakra) - Associated with communication and frequencies.
6. Ajna (Third Eye Chakra) - Associated with insight and divination - vital for observing supernatural phenomena.
7. Sahasrara (Crown Chakra) - Associated with omniscience - the most powerful chakra, albeit relying on the optimisation of all former chakras.

On-demand, the user can project these chakras on the surfaces of their bodies as hard-light constructs - although these make the energies physically vulnerable, this enables the functionality of 'binding', in which a user forms a link between the 'socket' of their chakra and a compatible device to form a connection that operates the mechanism. An example of this is the HumPod, a mobile device that the user can bind with by linking their throat chakra to the port, connecting the conscience to a spiritual network. 
Most of these mechanisms come in the form of augments, designed to be implanted into the appropriate chakra in order to enhance the supernatural capabilities of the user. Sometimes the nanochip itself is modified to invoke a stronger connection to the Omkara, whilst some are handicapped by design to be handed to Devic citizens, giving them the illusion of spiritual power whilst restricting them under the authority of the Devas - this modification usually comes in the form of an encrypted 'plug' that blocks the crown chakra, due to its omnipotent capability, and sometimes the third eye chakra. Depending on extremities, this plug could be capable of tracking the user, and by extension, acting as a killswitch to spiritually annihilate the user on command.
