Primordials

Beings of pure energy born of the elements that created the planes, the Primordials were the first beings of sentience created by the swirling masses of power that existed at the beginning of the universe. Differentiated by their elemental origins, the Primordials constantly bickered and vied for power leading to the creation of the Material Plane and its denizens.

Born of the Elements

Archons

Born of the gusts of wind and air that give the Plane of Air life, Archons are the emodiment of the free spirit that the element of air possesses. With their plane being so close to the Plane of Positive Energy, these primordials frequently stood against those born of the negative plane.

Fiends

The Primordials of the Plane of Fire, Fiends took refuge deep in their fiery depths. The closest to the Plane of Negative Energy, the need to extract and pull positive energy out of those around them put them at odds with those who project such life and positivity.

Fey

On the Plane of Land arose the Fey. Able to manipulate both positive and negative energies for their own purposes, many see the Fey as the most successful and longest standing of the Primordials.

Batrachi

In the Plane of Water the Batrachi pulled themselves from the depths. Uninterested in the goings-on of the other planes, the Batrachi are the Primordials of which the least is known.
