From a young age Andrew was known throughout the his district due to his incredible charisma and cheeriness. Welcoming to all, he was a quick and very popular addition to the Shidonian Parliament as he epitomized the type of person that was valued within the River District. Of all the representatives, Andrew will always be the easiest to find and connect with as he tries to give each person he meets the ability to connect with him.

Born in the outskirts of Shidon on his family's farm, Andrew has always been an outdoorsmen by nature. Growing up he attended school in the River District and spent time both within and outside the city of Shidon.
Andrew is very well known for his happy-go-lucky attitude and general pleasantness, traits that brought many customers back to his stand day after day.
