Andrathuil Tilraboga, Speaker for the Land
Perhaps the Delta's oldest humanoid resident, Andrathuil's Druidic timelessness belies his ancient nature. He has been a fixture in the Munificent Cypress Estuary for almost a millennia. For many of those centuries, he has served on the Enlightened Council.
Andrathuil considers the health and well being of the ecosystems around the Delta first and foremost. On top of his bonds with the natural world, he represents the agricultural interests that keep the Delta self-sufficient. He is keenly aware of the connection between those two roles even when others lack such insight.
Andrathuil prefers comfortable, simple clothing but favors exotic materials. He also has a wide collection of elegant staves, and is never found without one.
