Warden of Panamax, Rorch is a ruler to be feared and loved, frequently he will offer deals to prisoners allowing them to lessen their workload for several types of payment, this could be anything from selling their own soul, to condemning the family lineage with infernal taint.

Rorch is an imposing creature, even more so than most devils. His scaled body is more than capable of reflecting any sword turned against him.

Rorch carries a large scar across his chest that has cut through many of the armor-like plates that cover his chest and abdomen.

Likes & Dislikes
Rorch enjoys whipping insubordinate prisoners so much so that snitching on other prisoners that miss their quotas has become rewarded. He whips such disappointments to near-death, sometimes getting lost in the enjoyment and killing the prisoners outright.

He makes a point not to clean his teeth so that prisoners can see the human tendons that are trapped between teeth.
