Fargen is univerally dictated by the ruling Feron, however, there are local governers and barons that take control of cities and townships

Fargen has two fortresses within its borders, although neither are controlled by Fargen itself, they do supply plenty of soldiers and slaves to the forts.
History
During the second grey war, Yin Sar's army pushed through Hartan's army and was laying siege to Califas itself, Ser Infrexus marched south abandoning his lands to the threat of demons to repel the elven invaders. For his acts Fort Kiln was renamed to Fort Infrexus. Afterwards, Ser Infrexus marched north and retook his lands from demonic clutches and became known throughout abyssal and elven lands as one of the most ruthless and intelligent generals in New Cheliax.
Over one century later this heroic action lead to inner conflicts within the royal family and Ser Infrexus as well as his armies and two closest siblings marched onto the capitol in the third grey war. This ended in tragedy for the entirety of Cheliax as assassins killed all present members of the royal family including himself and the queen.
