Daltar
Home of Ser Cadius Thrune and a base of operation for the Order of the Chain, Daltar is designed using similar styles to that of Califas, Feron, and Jeda. Government structures are made of valuable metal such as adamantine. Some are stylized and made of things such as obsidian, although no beauty is greater to Cadius than the dying criminals that hang crucified in the streets.
Defences
Focusing on visual appeal rather than walls that would block the worlds view of Daltar, the city does not have a structural defense, but rather uses the military at its disposal as well as the local Order of the Chain.
Architecture
Daltar is a hodge podge of different architectural styles, large black buildings are followed by stone and then again by painted wooden homes. Gazing upon a city street makes the city look more like a piece of bastardized artwork.
