A faction of corrupted Illithid and their servants. While the Illithid Empire feels that they have this insane faction under control, the ultimate goal of the Thoon is to awaken their master, The Chaos From Outside, so it can devour all realities.
Most mind flayers of Thoon are identical to the mind flayers described in the Monster Manual, but others have been twisted.
