The Fish and Forest

This is the most expensive inn in Nill, located right across from the Temple of Nill in the noble district.   The inn is owned by a widowed man, Rudy Lancaster and his sister Peggy Lancaster, both of whom are human. Before owning the tavern, Rudy Lancaster worked there under the previous owner, Jesper Williams, while Peggy Lancaster traveled the countryside as a merchant's guard. The inspiration for the tavern's name was an inside joke. It is a tavern of wealthy quality, and its main draw is the dedicated hookah area.   The bartender at this inn is Derrill Adlam, a weathered man who is somewhat average looking. He is often unsettlingly flirtatious in disposition. His skin is pale, and he has dark hair, kept in a braided style. Physically, he is obese.   On a typical night, the clientele at inn can be described as awfully elitist. On this occasion, there are nearly a dozen other people currently in the tavern. A couple of the patrons are playing a card game, while some others are discussing business matters. Seated alone near the bar, there is an anxious looking figure named Alsatia Riley.   The rooms for rent at this inn are uncommonly spacious and profoundly spotless. There are currently three rooms available for rent. The cost for a night's stay is 1 gp, 4 sp. If the party spends the night in the tavern, nothing happens during the night and the party wakes up after a night's rest.   Menu:   Steamed Oxen with Coriander and Wheat Biscuits (4 sp)   Boiled Sausage and Whey Cheese (11 cp)   Stewed Mutton and Dried Lentils (8 cp)   Braised Dragon and Dried Date (3 sp) - not actual dragon, but a local lizard species that vaguely resembles dragons.   Tankard of Perry (8 cp)   Glass of Brandy (3 sp)   Tankard of Beer (11 cp)   Glass of Wine (4 sp)
