Supply Cleric

These are clerics who are employed creating water and sometimes food for people in towns like Nill. Water can be created by anyone with any degree of clerical casting, using the first level spell create or destroy water, while food can only be created by clerics who are 5th level or higher.
Water Carriers deliver the food and water created by supply clerics.
