Lord Arcgun Queah
An intergalactic industrialist that mines resources from several vacant planets scattered around the Galaxy. He's a very powerful and influential man, a close ally of several representatives within the Galactic Government. He sells the resources he obtains all across the galaxy to whoever is wealthy enough to buy from him, mainly politicians on other planets and research/science facilities. Arcgun is actually very close to the community of science and engineering, he is fascinated with robotics in particular due to him being a cyborg himself, he has worked with multiple engineers in the past, including Agent Helsroth, where he invested into several robotics projects for them to work on.
He possesses several robots which serve under him and act as his only form of workers, he seems to prefer working with them as he believes that they are more reliable and less likely to complain. Whilst Helsroth was working for him, he received the invention of The Android Hood, which would act as machines designed to kill any threats against Arcgun. He has kept the Android Hood in storage, believing to not need them for the moment but still holding onto them in case anyone else would like to rent them out/hire them for a little while.
Recently, Arcgun found a new vacant planet named 'PL-371'. He planned to land upon his planet and mine it for any resources he could find such as fuel or minerals. However, he discovered that a couple months after landing on this planet, there was a squadron of several other miners also taking resources not too far away from his base. He found out that these were Bludalope who came from the planet, Serren which was nearby. Conflict started between him and The Bludalopes, there was a fight over territory and a debate over who got to that planet first with the Bludalopes leading representative claiming that they had found the planet years before Arcgun and had been mining it for resources for a long time. However Arcgun was not aware of this and it wasn't exactly proven true. The debate was taken to a galactic court which came to no conclusion.
Arcgun was furious and didn't want the Bludalopes taking from him. He then heard of The Decimators and organised several chats with their commander, Thoros. He heard that they were in need of a lead engineer and so Arcgun recommended Helsroth, praising him highly for his invention of the Android Hood. Arcgun then hired Thoros to destroy all of Serren and to eliminate any stragglers that may have tried to escape so that there are no witnesses that can report him to the Galactic Government.

Morality & Philosophy
Arcgun has a business outlook on morality, easily willing to make sacrifices for a business decision so long as it concerns giving up something important to someone else or being forced to destroy assets such as other planets. He will do absolutely anything to squash out the competition as well as his enemies, and because of his deep connections, doing so is extremely simple. That's not to say he is devoid of all morality, he knows right from wrong and he takes no pride in destroying the livelihood of others, but he truly believes that everything he has done is necessary.

Arcgun comes off as very relaxed when with his allies, commonly dressed in robes of various variety and speaking in a soft, calm and professional tone. He is also quite outgoing and boisterous, having a deep passion for his fascination with machines and constantly putting himself out, most other businessmen see him as a quite admirable figure.
Speech
He is known to be quite polite in his speech despite how ruthless he can be towards his competitors or enemies. He speaks to his allies and partners as if he is close friends with them, even if the relationship isn't that personal. He is ignorant and tonally deaf most occasions but he's not one to deny someone of their needs or feelings.
