Calmarnock Marketplace

The Calmarnock Marketplace is located in the eastern part of town. This place holds a lot of produce and exotic things that has been shipped into Calmarnock. This area is usually very busy and full of life. Everyone comes here to do their shopping and even socialize. The marketplace is set up with a grid format.

Purpose / Function

The purpose of the marketplace was really for people to go shopping together. It was originally created as a social aspect. Not only is it a social aspect now, it also inspires many merchants to do their work.

Architecture

The marketplace is set up in a grid format. Most of the shops set up are small carts side by side on the sides of the streets. Some shops have also built up a building as they got more successful.
