Sometime in the ancient past
As the population of the Dwarves grew, so did the need for easier access to water, and better smell. For some unbeknownst reason they still didn't think that maybe having pants while building complex sewers where water is splashing all around is also a good idea. I truly do give up with these Dwarves.
