Requiem

Requiem is the phrase for a condition that affects Elves once they reach a certain age (usually around 600-700) where their minds jumble reality with hallucinations and dreams. Sometimes these dreams are one they had in the past, and other times they are completely fabricated. The state of Requirem usually begins the complete destruction of the affected's mind as they slip closer and closer into Madness until they suddenly die.
The state of Requirem has a different strength and duration per Elf, the majority simply suddenly die with brief hallucinations.
