The economy of Dali'en originates from the Region of Dwarovar, where Gold was shaped into standardized coins (with denominations) called Danar.
Although Danar is pretty much a standardized global currency, not all societies accept it as a form of payment. Some lands may still rely on bartering or a more traditional form of economy - such as some Orc tribes still using Teeth as currency.
