The Dwarovar Debt Collectors is a guild of Mercenaries that specialize in tracking dali down. They are one of - if not the most - feared militaries in the Region of Dwarovar. Thankfully they almost exclusively work with financial institutions, and do not wish to take a political side - besides no other type of guild would be able to afford their extraorbitant cost.
