Aramin Bedett
General Bedett Aramin Erlom Bedett (a.k.a. Bright Eyes)
When under control of Obsidian Aramin's appearance changes greatly. His skin grows paler, and his hair turns grey. His eyes turn into deep black pools, and his face tattoo shifts and changes to look like the mark of Obsidian. Instead of being a scourge Aasimar Aramin becomes a Fallen, so in battle he will let his demonic skeletal wings loose.
In Yershmier Aramin is resurrected to torment the group again. At this moment Aramin's hair is coming loose, his skin is peeling off, otherwise Aramin looks relatively similar.
Backstory:
EARLY LIFE
Aramin Bedett was born in the large city of Banderhob. His father was named Erlom Bedett and his mother was Amneari. Erlom was a high ranking soldier for the Cznar army. While Amneari was a seamstress. For a little while it was just these three together. When Aramin was three years old his mother gave birth to his little sister Brolasi. Brolasi became great friends while growing up.
When Aramin was 6 and Brolasi was 3 his father came back from the army with an interesting gift. His father had found a beautifully crafted sword while patrolling. The military had allowed him to keep this weapon as a gift for being such a great leader. The sword was beautiful and as he was showing Aramin, Erlom told him when he died this sword would be his.
Aramin never wanted his father to die, but when he would get the sword he would honor his father's memory with it. Only a month later his mother gave birth to another little girl named Milo.
When Aramin was 14 years old tragedy struck the family. Amneari died while giving child birth to a boy named Wyltil. Unfortunately Wyltil died shortly died afterwards. After losing both a wife and a child Erlom became reckless and dangerous. He started drinking more. Aramin relized in this moment he would soon have to be the man of the house. After 2 years of this pain Erlom was called out to fight against monsters. In the battle he had no remorse or thoughts about what would happen if he died. As a result of this recklessness Erlom was killed in battle.
MILITARY
For two years Aramin was left to take care of what was left of his family. When Aramin was 18 he left his 15 year old sister to take care of the "family". So Aramin took his father's sword (which he had never touched since his father first showd him) and joined the Cznar military.
Aramin worked vigilantly for the military for a long time. Due to Aramin's strength in battle, and his amount of training he quickly climbed the ranks and became a prominent leader in the Cznar military. Unfortunately Governor Alice Carrow did not like Aramin. Alice Carrow was a very corrupt woman and never liked Aramin's vibe.
Shortly before Alice Carrow was killed in the Cult of the Elites ritual, Aramin got into a dangerous accident. Aramin was leading some troops into the Red Fallows to stop some undead. When Aramin and his team got attacked by a black dragon. This dragon was young but it was still very dangerous.
The dragon swooped down and killed half of Aramin's crew with one attack. The battle lasted for a long time, but soon it was only Aramin left. Enraged Aramin let loose a thunderous battle cry. When Aramin let loose his cry something inside of him changed.
Aramin is a direct descendant of the Iscildur family who were royalty in Yershmier. Each king from this line was blessed by the gods Eurhelles and Eurstreich. So that holy blood passed down the generations. In that moment Aramin's holy blood "activated" causing him to release a torrent of radiant energy killing the dragon.
Aramin wanted to honor the ones he lost. So he found a mask one of his troops used to wear, a very simple metal mask. So now everytime Aramin releases the radiance from inside himself he wears his fallen friends mask.
BEAST WAR
A couple months after the dragon attack Alice Carrow was killed, and he long lost son Samuel Carrow was crowned Governor. A few weeks after Samuel became Governor, he realized the potential that Aramin had, so he promoted Aramin to the rank of General.
Aramin was only General for a few months before war struck. The monsters of Beast Island coordinated there forces and took over a Cznar port city.
Aramin, Samuel Carrow, and Nahi Iaong hired a group of adventurers known as The Flumph's Revenge to do a number of tasks like find spies and most importantly killing Beast Island's general Chetu Behlsor. The adventurers went to Behlsor's castle and killed him.
The group came back with a rare and magical object known as the Heart of Obsidian.
OBSIDIAN'S DISCIPLE
Shortly after the Heart of Obsidian is reclaimed, Aramin starts having strange dreams. In these dreams the God Obsidian speaks to him. These dreams start to slowly drive Aramin insane, until the point where he steals the Heart of Obsidian.
At night Aramin snuck into the vault where the heart is being kept and kills every single guard in the vault. After the guards are killed Aramin steals the Heart. In grabbing the heart Aramin becomes corrupted by the evil in it. Aramin grew dark skeletal wings out of his back. Aramin lit a torch and set fire to the capital Greenburg.
Aramin let loose his anger and went on a murderous rampage across the city. Across the city Aramin went resurrecting the dead, and controlling them to kill. Unfortunately the rampage Aramin went on killed his sister Milo. But Aramin felt no remorse for what he did to his hometown.
