Pilatai is the all-seeing eye of Cultivo, she is the star that shines down on the New Getor, bringer of light and warmth.

Long ago, she observed that the world's interactions were too static, and bestowed luck upon all its inhabitants, granting even the most unlikely of underdogs the chance to overcome adversity.
When the the Creadores physically manifest itself to repel the Phyte, Pilatai assumed the form of a Suevira-like woman whose skin was as the surface of a star. Her expression is serene, and her eyes are perpetually closed.

Pilatai is an enigmatic goddess. She rarely focuses on or speaks directly to any individual, preferring to drift through her Casino and the city, conversing with no one in particular, making idle, but sharply accurate observations of random individuals around her. It's said that when she sits with the Creadores and focuses on an individual, her eyes open and her gaze can be felt like a heavy pressure on body, spirit, and mind.
