Flowny

Description

Although Flownies have a greater capacity for flight than Flyls, they still spend most of their time on the ground. While foraging for food, however, they utilize their flight to reach fruits that are too high for other crytures to reach, often standing on the very branches they feed from, as if grazing on grass. If a thunderstorm whips up, a Flowny flock will follow along with it as they take turns flying near the clouds, soaking up a bit of the storm's electricity. Despite the dangers of these stunts, and the casualties that commonly happen, this behavior appears to be the source of their Lightning powers.

Combat

A Flowny will rely heavily on their flight feature to enhance their mobility in combat and use ranged powers more that their younger counterparts. With both of their attack stats being equal, Flownies will try to attack the Defense that their foes are weakest to, but their default preference is to soften targets up with ranged attacks, then charge into melee for the finishing blow.
